Richard Caruso

Richard Caruso is an interim c-suite executive assisting companies in various industries that need financial or operational restructuring.

Rich currently serves on the board of directors of JW Aluminum, H-D Advanced Manufacturing, School Specialty, the advisory board of TCW Direct Lending Group and previously served on the board of directors of VPX Pharmaceutical, Motor Coach Industries, Neenah Foundries and various other private companies. Rich currently serves on the board of directors of the National Aviary of Pittsburgh and the Foundation of IUP where he previously served as the President and currently chairs its restructuring committee. Rich previously served on the board of directors of the Baptist Homes Society.

Rich is the recipient of the 2023 Distinguished Alumni Award from Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Rich was among one of the initial financial supporters of IUP’s College of Osteopathic Medicine.
