Mark-handy Phanor

Mark-handy Phanor, from Philadelphia, is an honors member of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania majoring in Political Science with minors in philosophy and sociology. Phanor is a Presidential Ambassador for the university and a Community Educator for the Alzheimer's Association. He is an advocate for his community and continuously seeks positive change.
