State System health care open enrollment is April 21- May 2. Unless you experience a life event, open enrollment is the only opportunity to change your medical coverage with an effective date of July 1, 2025. If you do not have changes or are retiring prior to July 1, 2025, no action is required during open enrollment. You can enroll and make changes through the My Benefits Enrollment tile in Self-Service Workplace. Refer to the My Benefits Enrollment help document.

Complete Healthy U to be rewarded with the lowest health care premium rate for the 2025-26 plan year. Employees and enrolled spouses each need to complete the health assessment at MyHighmark. If you have never created an account with MyHighmark, you will first need to register.
