State System employees can access their current and previous pay statements by logging into the Employee Self-Service (ESS) website. For more information log-in to the Self-Service Portal using your PASSHE ID and password.
Payroll Information
The State System offers a wide variety of payroll related information and changes on the ESS website. Instructions to view your pay statement, update your W-4, W-2, direct deposit/banking, address and contact information can be found on ESS under the Help Documents section.
Additional Payroll Forms
SECA was established in 1977 as the only charitable campaign allowed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in its offices statewide. It allowed you to conveniently set up a donation to charities of your choice through payroll contributions in the upcoming year.
