The Board of Governors will meet on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 9 a.m. at the System Office located at 2300 Vartan Way, Suite 207, Harrisburg, PA 17010.
     
Members of the public who wish to offer comment may do so in-person during the designated public comment period and are limited to three minutes in order to allow time for the Board to conduct its business. Written comments may also be provided via email to board@passhe.edu.  (As a convenience, public comment may also be provided via phone​, assuming no technology issues.  To request the phone option, send an email to "board@passhe.edu" providing your name and the phone number from which you will be calling; only pre-registered phone numbers will be allowed into the meeting; such requests must be recevied no later than 48 hours before the meeting.)
