Harrisburg – Jesse Mancuso, a senior digital forensics major at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, will talk about the internship he served last summer with CrowdStrike, an incident response company, on this week’s edition of Infinite Opportunities.

This week’s episode also will include video visits to the campuses of California, Edinboro and Slippery Rock Universities of Pennsylvania, as the program explores ways students are “putting knowledge into practice” as part of their studies at the universities that comprise Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education.
Infinite Opportunities airs at 9:30 a.m. each Sunday on the Pennsylvania Cable Network. The half-hour, public affairs program features roundtable discussions with faculty, staff, students and alumni from the 14 State System universities talking about a range of higher education issues. State System Chancellor Frank T. Brogan moderates the weekly discussions. Each program also offers viewers the opportunity to “travel” back to the universities to learn more about how they address the various topics on campus.
In addition to his internship at CrowdStrike, Mancuso also has participated in an educational project involving a large aerospace company while at Bloomsburg. Dr. Scott Inch, a professor in Bloomsburg University’s Department of Mathematical & Digital Sciences, also will appear on the program to discuss the project, which involved teams of students gathering information about the company, which has hired several BU graduates, to make available online.
Also appearing as part of this week’s panel discussion will be Rhonda Gifford, director of the Career & Professional Development Center at California University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Gifford will discuss the top skills employers seek when hiring graduates and how Cal U. and all State System career centers are helping students prepare for successful careers. “Career readiness of college graduates is of critical importance in higher education, in the labor market and in the public arena,” Ms. Gifford said.
Each episode of Infinite Opportunities airs twice on PCN. This week’s program will be rebroadcast at 6 p.m., April 15. Prior episodes, including those from the first two seasons, also can be viewed at www.passhe.edu/InfiniteOpportunities.

Nearly 520,000 State System university alumni live in Pennsylvania.
The State System universities are Bloomsburg, California, Cheyney, Clarion, East Stroudsburg, Edinboro, Indiana, Kutztown, Lock Haven, Mansfield, Millersville, Shippensburg, Slippery Rock and West Chester Universities of Pennsylvania.
