The Construction Support Office issued an RFP in February 2022 for replacement of the 2016 Architectural and Engineering contracts. Thirty-four architectural and 33 engineering firms were selected for services. Those contracts were executed and put in place for use by March 2023. The contracts are two-year contracts, with two options for renewals of two years each, for a total of six years. Universities will issue work orders against these contracts.
