Effective January 1, 2025, all Medicare eligible retirees and dependents residing within the United States that are enrolled in Signature 65 with Medicare Part A and B (group numbers: 064222-00 to 064222-09) will transition to the new customized Freedom Blue PPO Medicare Advantage Plan. In the coming months, communications will be provided to retirees and dependents enrolled in the aforementioned coverage, as well as those becoming Medicare eligible later in 2024.

The State System has partnered with Highmark Blue Shield to offer informational presentations both virtually online and in-person at State System universities. All attendees at presentations are required to register in advance.
